Create a new Project to help you manage your production. Once created the Project Details view shows the Project fields, a Milestones view, associated Contacts and an Activity list.
Select the programme under which this project will be categorized.
Enter the name of your project.
Provide a brief overview or details about the project.
Upload an image related to your project (e.g., a logo, project visual, or concept image).
Select the person responsible for this project.
Select the expected delivery or completion date for the project. This date is shown on the Dashboard and Projects home page.
Enter any relevant reference code, number, or identifier for the project.
Once the form has been completed click the Create Project button.
The edit form contains the same fields above with the following additions to set the details for Contributor forms:
This is shown on the Contributor form in the Programme (Working Title) section. Defaults to the Project Name.
The name to be displayed in the Production Contact section of the Contributor form. Defaults to the Project Owner.
The email to be displayed in the Production Contact section of the Contributor form. Defaults to the Project Owner email.
The description of the Contribution to be displayed in the Contribution section of the Contributor form.
