Edit your name. Your name is shown to other users on various screens around the MotionHub app, for example, comments you make. It is also used in emails and notifications.
Your email address is used to identify your account and will be used when you login. If you change your email address you will to re-verify your email via a link that will be sent to your new email address.
Your profile picture is displayed on your profile page which other users of MotionHub will be able to view.
Select your timezone. This setting determines the display of dates for things like task due date, created on and modified on fields.
If you are associated with more than one Account (e.g. freelancer working with multiple production companies), you can select your Default Account. This determines which Account is displayed when you sign in.
Toggle this setting on if you wish to allow our support team to impersonate your user account when trying to troubleshoot an issue. Turning this off (the default setting) means our support team are unable to impersonate your account.
Be very careful here! This will delete your user account and if you are an account owner ALL your data and users. Your account will be removed from our system and should only be done if you are happy to close your account. It is not reversible.
Click the Delete Your Account button and you will be prompted to enter your password to confirm the action.
