Download and Installation

The MotionHub Agent desktop software is currently in BETA. This means that it is an early release intended for testing and feedback, although we still expect you to find it valuable!

Download for Mac

The software has not been digitally signed yet, so it is important to follow these steps carefully otherwise you will get errors.

1. Click to download: https://app.motionhub.ai/assets/downloads/motionhub-agent-mac.zip

2. Extract the zip archive by double clicking the file in your downloads folder

3. IMPORTANT: Before opening the installer (.dmg file) you need to do the following in a the Terminal app - Open your Applications/Utilities folder or Launch Pad, find and open the Terminal app

4. At the prompt (after the % character), copy and paste the following (if file is in your Downloads folder)
   
   xattr -cr ~/Downloads/MotionHub*.dmg
   
   If it is in your Desktop folder use this:
   
   xattr -cr ~/Desktop/MotionHub*.dmg
   

5. Press Enter. This will remove the security settings and allow the installer to run

6. Double click the MotionHub Agent_0.1.6_aarch64.dmg file (your version number may be different)

7. Drag the MotionHub Agent icon onto the Applications folder

8. Open the MotionHub Agent app

2. Extract the zip archive by double clicking on it

3. Double click the setup installer

4. On the Windows protected your PC screen select More Info, then click Run anyway

5. Follow the installation wizard
