There are four User types in MotionHub.
There is only one user with this type, the user who set up the Account. They have the highest privileges and can perform all actions. They can manage all Projects and do not need to be assigned to a Project.
Admin Users can perform all actions except change the plan or billing details. They can manage all Projects and do not need to be assigned to a Project.
Standard Users need to be allocated to a Project with a Project role (see below). They can be assigned any Project role.
Read Comment Users need to be allocated to a Project with a Project role (see below). They can be assigned either the Commenter or Reader Project role.
Project roles determine the actions a user can take within a specific project. A user can be assigned different roles for different Projects. Owner and Admin users always have Manager privileges for all Projects and do not need to be assigned to a Project.

Click the New button to add a new user.
Enter their Email Address and the Account Permission (see User Types above) for the user.
Optionally, you can auto assign the user to a specific Project Permission for all future projects. This is useful for permanent staff members who will always have access to Projects. Account Owners and Admins have access to all Projects so it is not necessary to set this for these users.
Select the … (ellipses) at the end of the User row, select Edit and make the required changes.
Instead of deleting a user, you can deactivate a user to free up your user allocation. This is useful for temporary staff who may join your team for ad hoc projects.
Select the … (ellipses) at the end of the User row, select Edit, toggle the Active switch and click Save.
To permanently remove a user from your account, select the … at the end of the user row, select Delete, and confirm the deletion in the dialog.
